Aya Nakamura is an award-winning theatre maker and puppetry specialist from Japan, with over 25 years of international experience across theatre, live events, TV and film. Her practice spans puppeteering, puppet making, playwriting and consultancy. Credits include Shakespeare’s Globe, Improbable, Theatre Rites, Coldplay (World Tour) and Hamnet (film). She is Lead Artist of Rouge28 Theatre, touring original work nationally and internationally.
