Data Protection
The personal information sent by users to use during the process of enrolling and registering on our Summer School programme will be held securely and will not be used for any other purpose than for us to contact them by email about Cours de Poétique and Field Studies events and promotions.
Any information about your health, accessibility, dietary requirements or emergency contacts you share with us will be kept in strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary in case of an emergency. We will permanently destroy private dietary and health records at the end of the programme.

Participation Fee
Field Studies provides open access to anyone who wishes to take part and there is no interview, audition or selection process. Applications are accepted until the maximum number of participants has been reached.
The fees for Field Studies residencies vary and are specified on individual event pages. They includes lunch on each full course day, access to studios, necessary materials and public events organised as part of the programme.

Course fees are to be paid in full via electronic transfer upon receipt of acceptance and in advance of the course. Accommodation is not provided.
Cancellation and Refunds
A refund of the course fee is possible only in cases of proven ‘force majeure’ (illness, accident, death in family). In cases of ‘force majeure,’ cancellation should be made immediately, with written proof of the reasons for cancellation, otherwise the full tuition fee must be paid. Cancellation is not possible after the course has begun.
Should Field Studies be cancelled, all fee payments made will be refunded. Accommodation and travel expenses cannot be refunded.
