Participation Fee

Field Studies provides open access to anyone who wishes to take part and there is no interview, audition or selection process. Applications are accepted until the maximum number of participants has been reached.

The fee for Field Studies 2025 is €650 / £550 per participant. Students at London Metropolitan University and Luca School of Arts, members of Musarc and alumni of previous Field Studies summer programmes are eligible for a reduced fee of €550 / £450. The course fee is to be paid in full via electronic transfer upon receipt of acceptance and in advance of the course. Accommodation is not provided.

The fee includes lunch on each full course day, access to studios, necessary materials and public events organised as part of the programme.

Cancellation and Refunds

A refund of the course fee is possible only in cases of proven ‘force majeure’ (illness, accident, death in family). In cases of ‘force majeure,’ cancellation should be made immediately, with written proof of the reasons for cancellation, otherwise the full tuition fee must be paid. Cancellation is not possible after the course has begun. Should Field Studies be cancelled, all fee payments made will be refunded.
